My name is Meredith, but most call me Mere! Photography has always been a dream of mine, and it finally became a reality December 2024 when I graduated from college and my dad gifted me my first camera!
Well, that and when school let out--
I live many lives, one being an Elementary Teacher!
I feel blessed to have so many passions, and have truly been overjoyed throughout my photography journey so far.
Between my Faith in the Lord, the Trust in and from my clients, and a little bit of Pixie Dust behind the camera -- Picture Popeck really is the place to be!
When not behind the camera -- You can find me with my two pups (Daisy & Dewey), outside with friends, or at Rough River Lake!
Although I tend to be behind the camera with all those things too!

While my editing style is a mix of light & bright -- leaning more towards the natural side!
Getting to know my clients is one of the very best parts -- I love to laugh, play, and not just feel like we're friends by the end of it, but actually become!

behind the name
If you had the privilege of meeting my grandfather, I’d be willing to bet money that he made ya laugh.
When I think about my Grandpa Bob I can clearly see him to this day with a ball cap on and doing one of two things: standing on a ladder or taking a photo.
Growing up, my grandfather was so fascinated with the world and people around him. His love for capturing it all, found its way to my uncle, and eventually found its way to me!
One of the coolest things I’ve learned throughout this first year, is that somewhere along the lines this whole thing could be considered “innate”. Not sure that I’ll ever give myself credit, but I do know learning about my own Grandpa Bobs photography journey has given and reminded me of the encouraging, driving force that he was and still is, in me.
How cool is it that we still get to share something before meeting again on the other side of Heaven!
